We make great efforts to ship every order fast, even
working Saturdays to prevent backlogs and delays.
However our custom made Japanese embroidery is individually hand
crafted and can take up to two weeks to complete. Please be patient - it's
worth it!

We ship every day except Sunday and
most orders leave our office within 48hrs. of being placed, (custom embroidery
adds around ten days to delivery time). Please consult the sales associate
you speak to about express delivery, or select this as an option when you check out if you are in a big hurry.Within the contiguous United States, UPS Ground service offers, in most cases, the best combination of speed, security, and cost. For all destinations, including those overseas, we will use whichever shipping method that offers the best overall service for each order, unless you have a firm preference and instruct us to do otherwise. Sales tax of 8.25% is payable by our California customers

to time we may tell you not to buy something you do want. What we will do
