4.To save time on subsequent visits, become a member and you won't have to

WE
OFFER FAST SHIPPING :
We make great efforts to ship every order fast, even
working Saturdays to prevent backlogs and delays.
However our custom made Japanese embroidery is individually hand
crafted and can take up to two weeks to complete. Please be patient - it's
worth it!

DELIVERY- COURTEOUS SERVICE!:
We ship every day except Sunday and
most orders leave our office within 48hrs. of being placed, (custom embroidery
adds around ten days to delivery time). Please consult the sales associate
you speak to about express delivery, or select this as an option when you check out if you are in a big hurry. Within the contiguous United States, UPS Ground service offers, in most cases, the best combination of speed, security, and cost. For all destinations, including those overseas, we will use whichever shipping method that offers the best overall service for each order, unless you have a firm preference and instruct us to do otherwise. Sales tax of 9.5% is payable by our California customers
IMPORTANT: Claims for goods lost in transit must be made with 21 days (US) 45 days (overseas) of the shipment date. Please advise us if you do not receive your order within these time limits.
Return Policy: Most purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
PLEASE NOTE: If a uniform has been embroidered, the label removed or if it appears to have been worn, washed, or soiled even slightly, we can’t exchange it. If returned in exactly the same condition as sent, (including the plastic bag) we will exchange it for you.
All returned uniforms must be free of wrinkles and creases.
When preparing a uniform for return, please be sure to re-fold your items the exact way in which you received them to insure we get them back wrinkle-free and with no additional creases.

arts industry. We won't try to sell you something you don't want - from time
to time we may tell you not to buy something you do want. What we will do
is offer you the benefit of the experience we have gained since we first opened
our doors in 1968.
